You never have to pay anything again. One payment gets you access for life.
"As a member, can I make requests or ask you to shoot something specific?"
Member Access gets you just that - access to the Member Gallery.
"How often will you add new content?"
Your Member Access gets you access to the thousands of photos and hours of video that is already posted. As for new content, I add it whenever I have some new stuff to add, and there's no promise of the frequency of updates.
